A box of carrots

When you buy Soil Association-certified food that has come from organic crops such as organic vegetables, flowers or fruit, you can be sure that they have met our standards for crop production. The standards cover a wide range of issues, from the way the soil is fertilised through to how pests and diseases are controlled on the crops. Our standards always take into account the effects of farming practices on the health of people, animals and the environment.
